Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web untuk Pendaftaran Kompetisi Internasional

Pengelolaan kompetisi mahasiswa internasional di perguruan tinggi sering menghadapi tantangan terkait proses pendaftaran yang terfragmentasi, penanganan data manual, dan pengelolaan pengajuan yang tidak efisien. Masalah-masalah ini dapat menyebabkan inkonsistensi data, kesalahan administratif, dan keterbatasan transparansi bagi peserta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pendaftaran kompetisi dan pengumpulan karya ke dalam satu platform. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan berorientasi pengembangan sistem, termasuk analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian fungsional. Sistem yang diusulkan mendukung proses pendaftaran dan pengiriman terintegrasi untuk peserta, akses berbasis peran untuk administrator, verifikasi administratif, dan pemantauan status waktu nyata. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem beroperasi sesuai dengan persyaratan fungsional dan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, akurasi data, serta aksesibilitas bagi pengguna. Dengan memusatkan proses pendaftaran dan pengiriman, sistem ini mengurangi redundansi dan menyederhanakan alur kerja manajemen kompetisi. Penelitian ini memberikan solusi praktis untuk mengelola kompetisi mahasiswa internasional, dengan implementasi kasus di Universitas Pancasakti Tegal.
